What to Bring, What to Wear

• Scouts can wear their full Class A uniform. Scouts going to or coming from a sports game can wear their team uniform.

• ​Bring a 6" screwdriver to make a hole in the dirt for the small wooden flag.
• Flags will be provided by the City of Yonkers Veterans Affairs Office.

 

Schedule

• 8:50am:  Arrive and park

• 9:00am:  Opening Ceremony, Prayer & Taps

• 9:15am:  Instructions, Group Photo with Veterans.

• 9:20am to 10:00am Scouts will be paired with a Veteran as they go around the cemetery.

 NOTE: Families may leave whenever they need to based on their own schedule.
